THIS STANDARD REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMED UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THEREUNDER AND THE AMENDED PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS / RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000. THE POLICY DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND AJILIYAA WHERE AJILIYAA HAS MADE THE OFFER TO SELL THE PRODUCTS BY LISTING THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE AND BUYER HAS ACCEPTED SUCH OFFER OF AJILIYAA BY AGREEING TO BUY THE PRODUCT SO OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE. THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY TERMS WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING ON THE BUYER UPON BUYER AGREEING TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS SO LISTED BY THE AJILIYAA.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions of Refund & Exchange Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of the Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
The domain https://www.ajiliyaa.com including any web-pages thereof is the web-site (“Website”) of AJILIYAA RAIMENT AND LIFESTYLES (hereinafter “AJILIYAA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) having its Registered Office at 13 – A, A-1, Ajit Park Society, Near Kakadiya Complex Street, Ghod Dod Road, Surat, Gujarat - 395007, India.
a) This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfillment of which AJILIYAA may permit you to either
i. Return the products and/or
ii. Exchange them for other products.
b) This policy applies to all the products sold by AJILIYAA through the Website i.e. “www.ajiliyaa.com”
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
AJILIYAA has a simple and hassle-free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
a) The Buyer must be located in India as the refund and exchange facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
b) The return request for the products and the return of the product must be done within 10 (ten) days from date of delivery of the product/products.
c) Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. AJILIYAA may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to the buyer.
d) The products returned shall be subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return.
e) The products must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags ( MRP tag should not be removed and be clearly visible), authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
f) Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
g) Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus, footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
h) Refund or Exchange shall be issued to you only after the product is received and verification of the same is done. If AJILIYAA accepts the product returned, the Buyer will be entitled to receive refunds in the form of store credit (“AJILIYAA Wallet”) only.
i) If AJILIYAA agrees to exchange the product returned, the Buyer will receive credit against the amount of refund in AJILIYAA Wallet only, which can then be used for purchasing any other merchandise.
j) AJILIYAA Wallet shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
k) Exchange is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.) and is limited to one request. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
l) In case the exchange product is out of stock, a refund shall be initiated.
m) Ajiliyaa shall not be responsible for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to the Seller or transacted through Ajiliyaa is returned by mistake, Ajiliyaa shall not be accountable for misplacement or exchange of the product and shall not responsible for its delivery back to the you. You waive any and all claims against Ajiliyaa in this regard.
n) Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, AJILIYAA reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
Returns or Exchange Procedure
1. The returns procedure can also be initiated through the Website by following the below mentioned steps:
a) If the buyer made the purchase as a registered user, log in to your account to initiate the process.
b) If the buyer made the purchase from the Website as a guest, please register on the Website using the same email address provided while purchasing the product so that your products appear in your order history. The Buyer can initiate the process of return only if the said product appears in your order history.
2. Alternatively, the buyer can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by writing an e-mail to email@example.com. AJILIYAA will email a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’ for the buyer to fill up and email back to AJILIYAA.
3. If you are not the actual buyer but received the product from some AJILIYAA customer, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned AJILIYAA customer to initiate the return process.
4. Upon receiving a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’, AJILIYAA will generate a ticket number which will be shared with the buyer. This ticket number must be used in all communication(s) with AJILIYAA.
5. You can return the product by selecting any one of the below options in the ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’
6. Ship the product back to AJILIYAA by sending it to the address provided by us. The Buyer will be credited worth INR 100 (Rupees one hundred only) in your AJILIYAA Wallet towards shipping costs. The Buyer will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to AJILIYAA in good condition and AJILIYAA will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
7. For select pin codes within India, our delivery service can pick-up the product from you. This pick-up service is complimentary and AJILIYAA shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
8. AJILIYAA will send the buyer, a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, AJILIYAA will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.
9. If AJILIYAA accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be credited into AJILIYAA Wallet in 3 (three) working days of receiving the product. However, if AJILIYAA rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.

1. AJILIYAA Wallet is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from date of its issue.
2. AJILIYAA Wallet can be used to purchase gift cards (“AJILIYAA Gift Cards”) for a value in excess of INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand only). AJILIYAA Gift Cards will also have a validity period of 6 months from date of issue of AJILIYAA Gift Cards.
3. Even where the product is purchased by redeeming AJILIYAA Gift Cards and such product is returned and/or exchanged, the buyer will be issued credits against the gift card in AJILIYAA Wallet and no reimbursement shall be made into your AJILIYAA Gift Card.
4. If the value of products purchased using AJILIYAA Wallet:
a) Exceeds the credit available in the buyer’s AJILIYAA Wallet, the buyer must pay the differential amount.
b) Is less than the credit available in the buyer’s AJILIYAA Wallet, the remaining credit balance in the buyer’s account with AJILIYAA after deduction of order value will continue to be available to the buyer for subsequent transactions must be undertaken within 6 months from date of issue of AJILIYAA Wallet.
For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘incorrect product’ means the product does not match the description or specification set out in the purchase order or Website with respect to colour, size, or material. ii. AJILIYAA takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If incorrect product is delivered, the buyer must notify us by sending an email at email@example.com within 2 days i.e. 48 hours of receiving the product.
In case of a conflict in any terms of Returns and Exchange Policy, the decision of AJILIYAA shall be final and concluding, and the buyer irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
1) Any Accessories that include nose rings, pocket squares, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves etc;
2) Custom made products;
3) Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you;
4) Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organised by AJILIYAA; and
5) Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase;
